The world seems to be getting more complicated and confusing – maybe even scarier and angrier. As a student of S. N. Goenka since 2010, a high school physics teacher in Delaware, USA, and a new father of a baby boy, I’m trying to understand how I can help make the world a better place for future generations. There is some combination of meditation, speaking out, and taking action that I hope will promote a more cooperative and compassionate future for us all.
